1. Using Miyako

By accessing this website or using Miyako, you agree to these terms and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software. Materials are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. License and restrictions

Miyako grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for the purchased access duration. This grants permission to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

• Do not copy, modify, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit the materials without authorization.
• Do not decompile, reverse engineer, crack, or alter the software except where applicable law permits it.
• Do not remove copyright or proprietary notices, mirror the materials, share license keys, or resell access.

A license may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms. Following termination, stop using the software and remove downloaded copies, subject to applicable law.

3. Access duration

Paid access lasts for the purchased duration and begins on first activation. Renewal is manual. No automatic renewal or permanent access is offered. Licenses are bound to one desktop installation. The Free edition also requires a license, valid for 30 days, with renewal available at no cost.

4. Fraud and misuse

Unauthorized payments, payment-service abuse, cracking, license sharing, and resale may result in suspension or termination. Suspected fraud may be investigated and referred to the appropriate authorities. Refunds and disputes remain subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer

Materials and software are provided “as is,” without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or particular results. To the extent permitted by law, Miyako disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Gaming accounts and liability

You are responsible for your gaming activities and compliance with the rules of the services you use. Miyako does not guarantee protection from account restrictions or losses resulting from software use. To the extent permitted by law, Miyako and its suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, profits, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Website materials may contain errors and may change. External links do not imply endorsement; Miyako is not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Changes and questions
